2010 Annual Summary - Energy Optimization/Renewable Energy Plan

Michigan state law, Public Act 295, also known as the "Clean, Renewable and Efficient Energy Act", aims to help residents reduce their energy needs. The law requires Wyandotte Municipal Services (WMS) to assist their customers in gaining greater electric energy efficiency through the establishment of Energy Optimization programs.

1.99% Financing for Energy Saving Measures

WMS is thrilled to announce the commencement of two low interest financing programs - both at 1.99% interest rates for our residential and commercial customers for having energy saving measures done to their buildings. WMS has teamed up with Michigan Saves for the residential loans and Monroe Bank & Trust for the commercial loans.
